Privacy
Your use of the site is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review the policy for more on how we collect and use information.
Errors on Our Site
We try to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that Site content or Product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Prices and promotions are subject to change and may vary from those offered in our stores or other advertisements. We cannot confirm the availability or price of an item until you place your order. Despite our best efforts, an item in our catalog may rarely be available, the offer may have been misstated, or an item may be mispriced. For any of these reasons, we reserve the right to take corrective actions, which may include canceling your order or substituting a product with an equal or improved version. Should we need to take corrective action on your order, DirectDeals will contact you for instructions on proceeding with the order.
Paying for Your Order
Generally, we'll charge your card for an item when we ship it to you or confirm its in-store availability. However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer when you place the order, which may affect your available credit line. When you pre-order with a debit card, we'll debit your card when you place the pre-order. We'll charge your card for special delivery items when you confirm a delivery time. For digital items, we'll charge your card when you initiate the product's purchase or when the product is electronically delivered or placed in your account and available for use.
DirectDeals retains a purchase money security interest in the Products delivered to the buyer. In their accessories, replacements, accessions, proceeds, and products, including accounts receivable (collectively, the "Collateral") to secure payment of all amounts due under this Agreement. Buyer's failure to pay all amounts hereunder in full when and as due shall constitute a default hereof and shall give DirectDeals all rights of a secured party. If the buyer fails to pay any amount due, DirectDeals shall have the right to repossess and remove all or any part of the Collateral from the buyer but not from the Buyer's Customers. Any repossession or removal shall be without prejudice to any other remedy of DirectDeals hereunder, at law or in equity. From time to time, the buyer agrees to take any act and execute and deliver any document (including, without limitation, financing statements) reasonably requested by DirectDeals to transfer, create, perfect, preserve, protect, and enforce this security interest.
Any payment received from the buyer may be applied by DirectDeals against any obligation owing from Buyer to DirectDeals, regardless of any statement appearing on or referring to such payment, without discharging the buyer's liability for any additional amounts due from Buyer to DirectDeals. The acceptance by DirectDeals of such compensation shall not constitute a waiver of DirectDeal's right to pursue the collection of any remaining balance.
Cryptocurrency as Payment Method
When prompted during the purchase process, we may, in our sole discretion, allow you to select Cryptocurrency as the payment method for purchasing eligible products. We may require you to provide additional information to verify your identity when choosing Cryptocurrency as your payment method. To pay in Cryptocurrency, you need a digital wallet that supports transfers of Cryptocurrency to external digital wallets, compatible hardware, and Internet access. If you decide to make an eligible purchase with Cryptocurrency, you must select an accepted crypto coin as the payment method for your purchase when we prompt you to choose a payment method. We will provide you with a digital wallet address in alphanumeric and QR code forms, which will be the payment address location, which you will need to send the Cryptocurrency from your digital wallet. You may copy and paste or manually input the alphanumeric code that we provide to you into the recipient field in your digital wallet software or, if your digital wallet software supports QR codes, scan the QR code that we provide to you using your device to auto-populate the recipient field with the alphanumeric code.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONFIRM AND VERIFY THAT THE ALPHANUMERIC CODE THAT WE PROVIDE TO YOU IS ACCURATELY REFLECTED IN THE RECIPIENT FIELD OF YOUR DIGITAL WALLET SOFTWARE. YOU MUST EXERCISE CARE WHEN INPUTTING THE CRYPTOCURRENCY ADDRESS INTO THE RECIPIENT FIELD BECAUSE CRYPTOCURRENCY TRANSACTIONS CANNOT BE REVERSED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FAILURE TO ACCURATELY INPUT THE ALPHANUMERIC CODE INTO THE RECIPIENT FIELD.
All products are priced in US Dollars. If you choose to make a payment using Cryptocurrency, you must pay an amount of Cryptocurrency of equivalent value to the US Dollar purchase price of the product you purchase. We will provide you with the US Dollar price for the product or service you are buying and a Cryptocurrency equivalent price. You must initiate the transfer of the Cryptocurrency to us within the period that we provide to you, together with the Cryptocurrency Price. If you do not start the transfer of the Cryptocurrency Price to us within the Cryptocurrency Price Window, the Cryptocurrency Price will expire, and we will provide you with a new Cryptocurrency Price and Cryptocurrency Price Window upon your request.
You will need to input the Cryptocurrency Price into the amount field in your digital wallet software to transfer the Cryptocurrency Price to us.
For example, if the payment webpage prompts you to pay us $100 (0.00287508 BTC), you will input 0.00287508 BTC into the amount field of your digital wallet software. PLEASE EXERCISE CARE WHEN INPUTTING THE CORRECT CRYPTOCURRENCY PRICE INTO THE AMOUNT FIELD BECAUSE CRYPTOCURRENCY TRANSACTIONS CANNOT BE REVERSED. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONFIRMING THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF CRYPTOCURRENCY AND THE CORRECT CRYPTOCURRENCY ADDRESS INTO YOUR DIGITAL WALLET SOFTWARE. IF YOU INPUT THE CRYPTOCURRENCY ADDRESS INCORRECTLY, YOUR CRYPTOCURRENCY MAY BE IRRETRIEVABLY LOST OR DESTROYED. SUPPOSE YOU CHOOSE TO INPUT THE CRYPTOCURRENCY ADDRESS BY SCANNING A QR CODE OR COPYING AND PASTING THE ALPHANUMERIC CODE. IN THAT CASE, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONFIRM THAT THE ALPHANUMERIC WALLET ADDRESS THAT WE PROVIDE TO YOU IS IDENTICAL TO THE ALPHANUMERIC WALLET ADDRESS THAT POPULATES IN YOUR DIGITAL WALLET SOFTWARE UPON SCANNING THE QR CODE OR COPYING AND PASTING THE ALPHANUMERIC CODE. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST CRYPTOCURRENCY OR OTHER DIGITAL ASSET AS A RESULT OF YOUR SENDING CRYPTOCURRENCY TO AN INCORRECT WALLET ADDRESS OR SENDING A DIGITAL ASSET THAT IS NOT THE CORRECT CRYPTOCURRENCY TO US.
Cryptocurrency Network Fees
You are responsible for paying all Cryptocurrency network fees ("Transaction Fees") associated with the transaction, separate from the Cryptocurrency Price. If your digital wallet software does not automatically generate a Transaction Fee amount for you, you must calculate the number of Transaction Fees necessary for the transaction to process on the Cryptocurrency network.
For more details regarding Transaction Fees, please refer to the Coinbase website. The Transaction Fee covers the cost of verifying Cryptocurrency transactions. We have no control over the Transaction Fee and do not receive any portion of the Transaction Fee.
Payment Support for Cryptocurrency Only
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU DO NOT SEND DIGITAL ASSETS THAT ARE NOT ACCEPTED AS PAYMENT TO US. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO SEND A TYPE OF DIGITAL ASSET TO US THAT IS NOT ACCEPTED BY DIRECTDEALS, SUCH DIGITAL ASSET(S) MIGHT BE IRRETRIEVABLY LOST OR DESTROYED. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DESTROYED DIGITAL ASSETS.
Transactions Complete Once Confirmed
Once a Cryptocurrency transaction is submitted to the Cryptocurrency network, it will be unconfirmed for some time (usually less than one hour, but up to one day or more) until the Cryptocurrency network reflects such transfer in a certain number of consecutive blocks on the Cryptocurrency network. We will determine such a number at our sole and absolute discretion. We will consider your transaction pending until the Cryptocurrency network reflects the transaction in several consecutive blocks. We will send you an email communication after we have received your payment.
Underpayments and Overpayments
The price of Cryptocurrency can be volatile and subject to upward and downward movements. You are responsible for initiating payment of Cryptocurrency in the exact Cryptocurrency Price amount indicated on the payment webpage within the Cryptocurrency Price Window.
Each Cryptocurrency Price will expire after the Cryptocurrency Price Window. After the Cryptocurrency Price expires, you must request a new Cryptocurrency Price and Cryptocurrency Price Window on the payment webpage, and you may be required to restart the payment process.
Concerning order fees and deposits, if you transmit an amount other than the Cryptocurrency Price, your order may fail. We may refund your order fee and deposit under these Cryptocurrency Terms, and you will be required to resubmit the payment to us in the correct amount to allow us to process your order. Concerning final payments: (i) if you transmit less than the Cryptocurrency Price, we will keep your payment and apply it to the amount due, and you will be required to pay the outstanding balance; (ii) if you transmit more than the Cryptocurrency Price, you will not be entitled to reimbursement of the excess amount. Cryptocurrency Payments are Final Once you initiate a transaction, the transaction cannot be reversed. This is inherent, like the Cryptocurrency network, not a policy set by us. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THAT YOU HAVE INPUTTED THE CORRECT CRYPTOCURRENCY ADDRESS INTO THE RECIPIENT FIELD AND THE CORRECT CRYPTOCURRENCY PRICE INTO THE AMOUNT FIELD IN YOUR DIGITAL WALLET SOFTWARE.
Cryptocurrency Network Protocols
We do not own or control the underlying software protocols that govern the operation of the Cryptocurrency network. The Cryptocurrency network protocols are open source; anyone can use, copy, modify, and distribute them. We are not responsible for the operation of the Cryptocurrency network protocols. The Cryptocurrency network protocols are subject to sudden changes in operating rules (e.g., forks), and such changes may materially affect the value, function, and even the name of Cryptocurrency. In the event of a fork, we may, at our reasonable discretion, decide whether or not to suspend or discontinue accepting payments in the form of Cryptocurrency. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY FAILURE OF THE CRYPTOCURRENCY NETWORK PROTOCOL THAT RESULTS IN A FAILED PAYMENT OF CRYPTOCURRENCY TO US OR OTHERWISE INVOLVES YOUR CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENT.
Order Confirmation
Our order confirmation to you does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. After receiving your order, we may accept, decline, or place quantity or other limits on your order for any reason. We may impose these limits on a per-person, household, per-order, or any other basis. If we reject, limit, or otherwise modify your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you provide to us. If we cancel an order or part of an order that we've already charged you for, we'll refund you the total amount of the canceled portion of the order.

Return Policy
We are committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction and have a comprehensive and strict return policy following various rules on different sales channels such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay, as well as our internal company policies.
- General Return Policy: All items shipped from DirectDeals can be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise specified. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please initiate a return request through our website, with our support team at support@directdeals.com or through your online account on DirectDeals.com, or by following the protocol on any of the various sales channels such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.
- CSP and ESD Software Products: CSP software licenses are not refundable past the time limits specified by the product manufacturer. There are no refunds or returns on CSP products after these time limits expire. CSP products can be altered only once during a minimal time frame, so very detailed instructions must be followed before purchasing and licensing CSP products. A minimum 15% restocking fee will be imposed on all returns based on the reason and circumstance of the return. ESD products are non-refundable and non-returnable. They are permanent licenses and can not be altered once they are issued. No refunds on ESD licenses once they are issued.
- Computers and Electronics: New desktops, laptops, tablets, and other electronics purchased from DirectDeals that didn't start upon arrival, arrived in damaged condition, or are still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. However, any returned product that is opened, damaged through customer misuse, missing parts (including documents), or in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the product's condition. An open box restocking fee starts at 50% of the product's value, and any damage can result in a restocking fee of up to 100%.
- Restocking Fee: DirectDeals may impose a fee of 15% of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the product's condition upon return. If a product returned is opened, activated, used, or missing parts, a fee of up to 100% will be charged to recover all costs of the initial order and the costs of returning the product to the customer. If the customer refuses the product return according to our policies, additional storage and disposal fees will be charged to the customer.
- Video Games and Gaming Software: Video games and gaming software can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. However, video games and gaming software that are opened, installed, activated, used, or missing parts or documentation will incur up to a 100% restocking fee.
- Non-returnable Items: Certain items are not returnable, including downloadable software products, open software, online subscriptions after you accessed them, products missing the serial number or UPC, and customized products. Erasing Personal Information: Before returning any items you've saved personal information, please erase this information by following manufacturer instructions. DirectDeals is not responsible for any personal information that remains on returned items.
- Damaged or Defective Items: Non-returnable items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for a refund or replacement. DirectDeals suggests refusing shipments that arrive with apparent damage to the external packaging. If the package is delivered and damage is discovered or delivered without a witness or signature, immediately take pictures so the carrier can be made aware of the damage they caused and make proper restitution. A shipping claim will require images of the damage, and DirectDeals suggests that you do not open the package if you believe the product has been damaged in shipping. Please take pictures of the damage and contact us via email at support@directdeals.com so we can start a shipping claim and issue a refund or send a replacement if that option is available.
We encourage you to contact our customer service team with any questions or concerns regarding our return policy. We appreciate your business and are committed to providing you with the best customer experience possible.
Disputes
Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating in any way to your use of any DirectDeals property or any products or services sold or distributed by DirectDeals or through any DirectDeals property or website will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to these Conditions of Use.
BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO MAINTAIN OTHER AVAILABLE RESOLUTION PROCESSES, SUCH AS A COURT ACTION OR ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDING, TO SETTLE ANY DISPUTES OR CLAIMS. THE RULES IN ARBITRATION ARE DIFFERENT. THERE IS NO JUDGE OR JURY. ALTHOUGH REVIEW IS LIMITED, AN ARBITRATOR CAN AWARD ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS THE SAME DAMAGES AND RELIEF AS WOULD BE AVAILABLE IN COURT AND MUST ENFORCE THE SAME LIMITATIONS STATED IN THESE CONDITIONS OF USE AS A COURT WOULD.
